About LILIT
Lilit is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) who specializes in helping individuals heal and strengthen their relationships with themselves and with others. Her work centers on self-love, narcissistic abuse recovery, relationship conflict, life transitions, anxiety, depression, boundary setting, and self-development.
Lilit earned her Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University and her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge.
She has worked with children, adults, older adults, and couples across clinical, hospital, and school settings, providing individual, couples, and group therapy to clients from a variety of cultural backgrounds.
She has extensive experience in helping clients rebuild their relationship with themselves, navigate changes in romantic relationships, set and maintain healthy boundaries, and work through complex emotional and relational dynamics. Lilit also supports clients coping with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and challenges with self-worth and identity.
Her therapeutic approach is grounded in mindfulness, self-awareness, and self-compassion. She believes that therapy should be a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered. Lilit tailors each session to the individual, helping them tap into their inner strengths and move toward their goals with clarity and confidence.
